Your IT team or SAP partner can confirm that Service Layer is enabled for an approved connection. Service Layer provides the integration API that enables you to work with your SAP Business One information in ChatGPT through Chaski, using your company-approved SAP permissions.

A few things to know.
Who can use Chaski?
Sign in with ChatGPT to create your own Free workspace. Each account has its own SAP connection, usage allowance, and billing. You need your company’s approval and a supported SAP connection. Access to the Chaski app in ChatGPT is separate; public directory availability is still pending.
Will a report stop if my allowance runs out?
A report that starts with remaining allowance can finish beyond the monthly quota at no extra charge. Its successful reads still appear in usage. After the allowance is exhausted, new reports and other SAP reads wait for a reset or a plan change. Rate limits, SAP access and the 24-hour report working window still apply.
Which reports can I get?
Five workflows are available on every plan: Sales Performance, Customer Briefing, Inventory and Purchasing Review, Quotation Follow-up, and Monthly Business Review. Each automatically produces a Word report and an Excel workbook in ChatGPT, in the language of your request. The report guide explains each one with fictional examples.
How do I get the Word and Excel files?
Open ChatGPT with Chaski selected, choose a report request from the Report guide, and specify your dates and customer where relevant. Word and Excel files are produced automatically in the language of your request. Download the two attachments from the completed response. File creation depends on ChatGPT’s available file-generation tools. Partial data coverage is identified in the response and files.
Are reports included in Free?
Yes. Free includes all five reporting workflows and 500 operations per month, without a card. Each successful SAP read page counts as an operation, so one report may use several operations. A report that starts within your allowance can finish past the quota at no extra charge. New reports and other reads need remaining allowance. Free allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. ChatGPT access and SAP permissions still apply.
What does Chaski connect to?
Your own SAP Business One company through Service Layer, using your own SAP username and password. Your SAP user permissions determine which records you can access. You also need an HTTPS Service Layer URL and the exact company database name.
What if I do not know how to connect SAP?
Connect using your own SAP username and password. If you do not already have the Service Layer URL and exact company database name, ask your IT team or SAP partner for them. Service Layer provides the integration API that enables you to work with your SAP Business One information in ChatGPT through Chaski. The setup guide includes a message you can copy for your administrator. Contact Chaski support for setup help, and enter passwords only in the SAP connection form.
Does Chaski store my SAP credentials?
Yes. Chaski saves your endpoint, company database, and username, and encrypts your password so it can sign in to SAP for requests you authorize. Your password is not sent to ChatGPT or included in returned results. Disconnecting SAP removes the saved connection from Chaski’s application database. What data is shared with ChatGPT?
When you use Chaski tools in ChatGPT, the SAP records you request are returned to ChatGPT and handled under your account’s applicable settings and terms. Chaski keeps encrypted results for duplicate-request protection and stores usage and activity records. It does not maintain a complete copy of your SAP database.
Can Chaski change data in SAP?
Every connection starts read-only. Only an active Business plan lets you enable quotation draft creation in Settings. Free and Pro remain read-only. You must review and explicitly confirm each draft in ChatGPT before it is saved to SAP. Chaski does not post invoices, delete records, or run arbitrary commands.
How do I start using Chaski in ChatGPT?
Sign in to Chaski with ChatGPT and save your SAP connection. Then open ChatGPT with the same account, select Chaski when it is available to you, and paste the starter prompt: “Show me five products from SAP using Chaski.” The website manages your connection, permissions in Settings, and billing. Business questions, reports, and quotation draft review happen in ChatGPT. Public directory availability is still pending. Saving SAP settings does not install the integration. If you cannot find Chaski in ChatGPT, contact Chaski support for access guidance.
What counts as an operation?
One successful SAP data request returning up to 100 records, or one confirmed draft creation. A question can use several requests. Saving/testing connection settings is free; successful object read tests consume one operation. Draft previews and failed reads do not use your allowance. An uncertain write counts until checked in SAP. All plans have a limit of 30 requests per minute.
What happens if I run out of operations during a report?
A report that starts with operations remaining can finish, including on Free. Its remaining pages still count in usage, with no overage charge. Once your allowance is exhausted, new reports and other SAP reads wait until your allowance resets or you upgrade. Report planning and saved results remain available. The limit of 30 operation requests per minute still applies.
Does Business bypass SAP restrictions?
No. Business removes the monthly Chaski operation cap. Your connected SAP user still needs permission for each record and action. Chaski supports a defined set of tools, and all plans allow up to 30 operation requests per minute. SAP and ChatGPT access are separate from your Chaski plan.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Usage & billing in your workspace and choose Manage or cancel subscription. Stripe’s portal lets you cancel online. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. If you cannot sign in or use the portal, visit Chaski support to request cancellation or contact Stripe transaction support. The Free plan has no subscription to cancel.
Is the subscription a real charge?
Yes. Pro has a base price of $20 USD per month and Business $100 USD per month, before tax. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record, calculates applicable tax, and may show a localized currency. Review the final total and payment terms in Stripe before paying. Paid access starts after payment is confirmed. Sign in to check paid plan availability in your workspace. New accounts start on Free.
